2017 Small space production:

The Ross Ragland Theater invites all would-be actors and actresses to auditions for their spring dinner theater production of Married Alive.
Auditions will be held in the Ross Ragland Theater Cultural Center on Sunday, February 5 @ 2p, Monday February 6 @ 6p And Tuesday, February 7 @ 6p with callbacks on February 8, if needed. 

Poignant and hilarious by turns, Married Alive! uses a series of vignettes to affectionately explore the adventure of marriage through the eyes of two couples – one newlywed, one “oldly wed.” From honeymooning to "honey-not-tonight," from couples' therapy to Christmas with the in-laws, from first pregnancy to dealing with teenagers, this musical comedy has it all.

The play calls for a cast of four including:
One female, mezzo-soprano, to play age 20-30 
One female, mezzo-soprano, to play age 40-50
One male, tenor/high baritone, to play age 20-30
One male, tenor/high baritone, to play age 40-50. 

Dancing or dancing experience are not required for the audition but candidates should come with music and a prepared song and a monologue (un-memorized is fine).
Directed by Dan Neubauer, the show will be part of the RRT’s Cultural Center Series and presented as a dinner show in the smaller space April 21-23, 2017.
